I am planning to install P/W in my '68 Charger. Can the P/W motor be installed automatically or does the mounting bracket/frame require any modifications? Is the window regulator different from the manual one?

different regulator... once you get the regulator with motor attached, as far I know is just remove the manual and attach the powered one.

By the way WELCOME !!!!

Electric Life make a kit for retrofitting old cars. Pretty slick from what I've read. It's a whole bunch lighter than the factory set-up too.

Only drawback is they don't produce a kit for the rear windows, only the fronts for Mopars.
