Hi Mopar Kin,

I am at my wits end with the electrical issue I am having.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have no spark at the coil.
Positive lead only read 5V
I am getting 12v to the stater cylinoid and alternator post., but only
5V to voltage regulator.

Car cranks over but wont fire up.

any thought????

I don't know if you got this figured out yet, but I had similar problems and my problem turned out to be the main power in and out to the ammeter.  I think it was bulkhead connectors J and P on the schematic.  They were fried and had also toasted some wires under the dash.  I bypassed the ammeter and replaced the toasted wires under the dash and finally cleared it all up.  The links posted above also touched on this area.
I would try unplugging the bulkhead connecters and look at those two in particular and clean all of them and pack with dielectric grease. On mine you could see right away that they were fried. I chased all over my electrical system replacing all kinds of stuff before finding it just like you are doing.  Those two connectors are a known weak spot on these cars.  I had voltage changing every which way in the ignition system because most of the rest of the power is fed from that main line, and it was letting through varying amounts of power through those bad connectors.
When someone is absolutely 100% sure they know exactly what your problem is and how to fix it, it's time to ask someone else!

Ive changed:
Coil
ECU
Distributor
coil wire
Voltage regulator.
Checked bulk head connector

and still my distributor wont spark. Does anyone know with the connector to the distributor unplugged should I get
a voltage reading fron one of the two connectors??

What dizzy were you running and what are you running now? I.e all in one or points?
What coil before hand and after?
Balast resistor in the loop?
What car is this in?  Your avatar is a 68 Charger.  Is that what we are dealing with here?
We need a whole lot more info to help you, and you should isolate one componant at a time.
It looks like you have at least partially converted to a more modern ignition.  What has been done?
