wiper pivot rebuild

I had a trashed pivot so I decided to tear it apart. Grind the swagged end off They are fixable if they are not as trashed as the one I show hear. If the shaft is not pitted you can get new brass bushings and reassemble it. You can tack weld the arm back on. Just wanted to pass this along to you guys.

Looks great! I added a grease fitting to mine... :Twocents: I would have like to gone this far with it... :cheers:

A grease fitting is a great idea you do not need to worry about cooking the lube out of it when you weld the arm back on.

...drill undersize, thoroughly clean out shaft, and use a self-tapping grease fitting. As seen, I added JB Weld. Works great.
