As like many places I just call and bug them when needed. I find emails frustrating, you don't know who or when it's even seen much less understood or acted on.

birdsandbees

I figured after a week they would have at least pulled the items and contacted me with my shipping amount. Maybe they're waiting for the stuff to come in from China first...  :scratchchin: Oh well, I'll wait awhile more and then resort to the phone. Thanks!

Well over the years (For me.) their system works like this: You order, they ship, you call back to find out how much it cost and get a tracking number. Now when you order you need to ask them to check to be certain your parts are all available. This is why I call my orders in, it's like being in the 70's again!   I do the same to Summit, Jegs, Legendary and anyone else I can! (Jot down names and get extension numbers to!)

I have ordered many times from them and never a problem. Also, if your a moparts member they give you 10% discount :2thumbs:

Well hopefully they're just busy.. but I'm not getting that warm fuzzy feeling that I've got from a few dozen other vendors the past few months. I ordered from Classics in California last night... confirmed, shipping confirmed and order out this morning. The way it should work, give or take a day or so. Not a week+.

ive been/ had been  using mancini   for over 15 years  , never any problems ,   phone them up  !  always very helpful , if something wernt in stock , get a date time when it would be in  etc  everything packed well  , very happy with all the parts ive had from them over the years . if I emailed a question would get a reply the same or next day .
last time I phoned  over a year ago ,  guy on the other end was very direct , everything sounded like too much trouble  , never had the stuff in stock , & said  ORDER ON LINE  next time  , then put the phone down  :shruggy:  maybe he was a new guy  or just covering , on a lunch break , the  gut feeling I had about   , to what just went down was not good . shame really they have a good website to see what you want . mancini was always my first port of call ..... jegs  or summit  now  ,   may be i'll try one more time just to see if it was a one off , but ...

reworked

Bought many things from Mancini, never had an issue with service or shipping to Canada.....

XS29L

I have been buying from Mancini Racing for a long time and NEVER had any problems.  I don't order online , I prefer to talk to a human.
MOPAR OR NO CAR !!

I have ordered from mancini with no issues but it's been awhile. I usually order from jeg's now since summit is in Ga I had to pay tax on everything I got from summit and handling charges too. Summit says free shipping and handling but I always had a handling/packaging charge and jeg's doesn't charge any of this. Been ordering from jeg's for the last couple years and they seem to do really good.

Was going to call this morning and thought I'd send one more email for free. Shortly there after got an apologetic email from Rob.... that they were straightening out a vendor error before shipping. A few hours later another email to tell me that my stuff should mail out tomorrow. Hopefully that happens as it's now 14 days since ordering.

One month later.. and I finally get my package. No indication during the one sole email conversation, that I was finally able to muster out of them, that the one item I really wanted and why I ordered from Mancini in the first place was discontinued and not available. Oh well, live and learn I can make the UCA bushing "hemi" sleeves on my lathe. The heater box rebuild kit just came from Detroit Muscle in the end and they packaged and resent. My last order to Mancini.

Ghoste

I prefer to go there in person but even then since its a 90 minute drive I call first to make sure the parts are in stock.  I have even a couple of times asked the guy on the phone to not just go by the computer but if he could go back and physically verify the part is there.  E-mail is hit and miss with them.  Sometimes they are on it and sometimes they just dont reply at all.  Great place but you have to walk them through it.

hemi-hampton

Luckily it's only a few miles from my house. I just stop in in person. The help varies even in person. LEON.

Ghoste

It sure does.  I try to always talk to Wes whenever I can.
