I'm sure someone with more expertise than I will chime in soon....
but for what it's worth in the meanwhile,
On my Broadcast Sheet, it indicates my '69 Charger R/T W/440 Engine came with 781(left) and 780(right) Torsion Bars, and 790(left) and 789(right) Rear Leaf springs.
I am not sure if the '68 R/T's were the same or Not ?

780/781 were the "Hemi" bars with brown stripe. 69-70 R/T's would have them regardless if it was a 440 or Hemi. Not sure on '68's....never had one but I am fairly sure they should have the 780/781. I don't have my reference info with me.....maybe someone with a 68 can chime in.

303 Mopar

Have you thrown a wrench on them to see what size they are?  The 440/Hemi cars came with bigger bars, 15/16 I think.

That is correct. And I recall correctly, the # of leaf springs should be 6 on the left & 7 on the right.

The ends of the torsion bars are all the same size but the center of the bars are different thicknesses.

Neat.   That would make sense....my car was built first week of Feb '68.
