69 bucket seat question

I don't remember how my seat hinge washers go back together.  I have 4 seat bolts, 4 big washers(that go next to the vinyl) and 2 big steel washers with one side rubber.  Where do the steel/rubber washers go and do I only need one per seat?  Seats have been apart before and I can't find any information or parts for the hinges.  I'm also looking for one correct rounded allen head bolt for my buddy seat.  Thanks
