Anyone on here running two electric fans on their cars, one pusher and one puller. If so, do you see a big difference when the second fan is turned on. My car seems to run fine temp wise but I thinking of adding a pusher in front for those very hot days.

Thanks in advance for your time

I had that type of set up but stuck with two electric fans in front of motor

when both the pusher and puller were running my 440 wasn't cooling down enough , which there was other issues too but it was just something that I changed.

I'm sure you could make it work with a good shroud etc.

I run a clutch fan with shroud on the front of the engine and a large electric fan in front of the radiator. The electric is on a thermo switch set to come on at 190 - it comes on in hot weather at the lights or slow moving traffic, cuts in and out as needed. I run close on detonation so I like to keep temps down, system works great.

Im going to run a big single out of a ford escort or old volvo. Sounds crazy but they fit perfectly over the big raids and pull a ton of air. I ran one on a 454 Camaro for a year before i sold it and never had temperature issues.

If the elec fan is in a shroud, should only need 1. If it is direct mounted to the fins, then that is why they are not cooling enough. The airflow has to be across the entire surface area so you need to mount the fans to achieve as much physical coverage as possible.
