Ive came across this on e bay, seems like real inexpensive kit as MSD distributor alone is ~$500 range.
Is this a good deal or junk?

Depends on your set up and what you expect, I have one of those distributors in a box in the trunk just incase. They work OK and are better than a set of points but they are very crude to set up for advance as you have to bend some limit tabs to set max advance and the reluctor doesn't line up properly on the ones I have seen. The igniter they use is a bosch copy - works but it's not hipo. I have friends using them with no issues but I wouldn't use one. As far as the coil and leads, I can't say. I would think for a stockish type build they would perform OK. As with any lead set, make sure you use the correct crimp tool.
