Hello.
I´m still changing the engine on my 1973 Dodge Charger.
It came from factory with a 318 and automatic transmission.
I´m trying to put in a 440 engine with a A833 manual transmission.
the problem I have now, is that the oil pan (187) on my 440 is too large to fit in my car.
I attached you some pictures and also some pictures of the engine and the oil pan.
What oil pan would you recommend and what oil pickup tube goes with it?

Thank you all.

For 73-74 chargers I thought you had to change to a big block k frame?

Hello.
Thanks for the replys.
For the moment there is a 187 oil pan on the engine.
Concerning the k frame, I was told, that if I use these mounts, the frame could stay.

you will need a 402 center sump oil pan & pick up tube. oil pan you got looks like motor home oil pan. mounts will work with center sump pan.

This is correct! Motor home chassis and I think '60s pickups need this pan and pick-up.
Any car pan will fit better than the one you've got!

187 oil pan isn't a motorhome or truck pan it was mainly used on c bodies.

The Milodon 7qt center sump will fit with the small block K and conversion mounts.
