Motorweek was based out of Maryland. It was a MUST WATCH show back then....especially the Goss' Garage segment. And I remember watching this episode, a long time ago on TV.

Cars were usually tested at 75-80 Dragway in Monrovia, Maryland. I'm not sure where this episode was shot.

The FJ5 Superbird is a bucket seat car. The only (FJ5 - Bucket) car I remember in the area back then was a Hemi car. So, I don't remember seeing this car around.

Kind of a shame that they left out the C500

My sentiments exactly Troy.  Someone said that there weren't any 500'S  at Carlisle this year either... :RantExplode:

I read that too. I find it amazing that there was not one at what I'm assuming is your biggest Mopar gathering. I assume there were one or two, at least, in the car park if not in display in the show. Hell we had one rock up at our monthly breakfast Club meeting at Goodwood a couple of months back. Ok it was a clone but it was well done (with a blown 6.1 Hemi) under the bonnet and with just straight 3 inch tube from collector to tail it sounded like the end of the World was coming! Not seen a C500 over here before...real or otherwise!

If you go on YouTube and punching Plymouth Superbird spotted in Pittsburgh you'll see a very short video on my car with my wife arm hanging out the window going down the road
