What was the scheduled production date of the first batch of Daytonas?

hemigeno

The first batch of Daytonas had a SPD of 4/27/69.

The "Reeker Daytona" 287970 had a SPD of 2/7/69, but it wasn't initially built as a Daytona (the program didn't exist then) - nor was there a batch of them.

:yesnod:

400591, have seen it several times and interacted with Mr. Printz on occasion too.  That's a whole 'nother story   :o

That car's VIN tag definitely looks original, and it does indeed read XP29L9B400591.  Fender tag is XX29 though...
