There are multiple suppliers, but I bought mine from Classic Industries.

I dont see them in any of the links posted, they get taped up to the vacuum harness & then pushed into the hole.

I assumed that he meant the white plastic straps that hold the hoses and wiring against the left inner fender that you push into the small holes.

I bought what Dino posted but I also found NOS exactly the same as on my original harness. They were on ebay.
