Another one bites the dust!
Unfortunately age has nothing to do with it.  Disease does not discriminate.

Bit of a laugh............

I just heard on the news (here in Australia) that they asked our Prime Minister which is his favourite AC/DC song and he replied.........

"If you leave me can I come too"

Confused?..........so was he it seems. That song is by the Aussie band Mental as Anything.

Brah...he was sixty-four. :icon_smile_big:
Your point is?

Is that really "too young"?
The average age for men to die is 78... so 64 is too young in my opinion.

Average age for a man to die in the States is 76.9 years. Move to the UK....its 79.4 years here ! (I'm guessing the absence of guns here may play a part in this and your addiction to fast food leading to mass obesity ....although we are catching up fast on that one!!). Better still move to Japan where the  average life expectancy for a man is the highest in the world at 80.5. They put this down to a heathy diet and a society that places importance on daily exercise. Ironically they also have the highest stomach cancer rates in the world.....so much for that heathy diet!! :shruggy:

Yeah a normal man can be expected to make it to his 70s.

If you even make to 70 then your average expectancy above that is probably in the 80s.  The lifetime averages get brought down by people who die very early.

Rockstars  . . . the "average" expectancy would be very short.  But the ones who even made it to their 50s have usually gotten a handle on the addiction problems & chaotic lifestyle already.
