So I got new urethane isolator's and have a huge problem, the nut inside the rail is not welded on the passenger side. besides cutting the frame rail, anybody got an idea on how to remove the bastards?

Thought about drilling it out, but then I need to get a new nut in there. I seriously do not want to cut the rail.

Drill some small holes through the frame where the nut sits. Then position the nut back in place and plug weld the holes  :shruggy:

That's exactly what I did. I cut the head of the bolt off so I could remove the k-frame, drilled 4 holes, held the bolt in place, welded them, welded a nut on, soaked the bolt in penetrating oil and it came out. Here is a good youtube of it being done on a Cordoba.
