I was just wondering if mid year or later in the '69 production year, Chrysler started putting raised white letter tires on production cars, instead of red line or white line tires.

I seem to remember there was some kind of spring special package where late 1969 Road Runners came with small raised white letter polyglas tires ?

The Charger, Road Runner & Super Bee Restoration guide says 69 were black wall, red line or white wall. No mention of letters.  1970 white-lettered tires were optional.
