Are red line tires date coded?

I have a set of red line tires that came with my car from the previous owner.  I think it would be a kick to know the manufacture date.  Is that info available on these old tires?  I'll go out and shoot some pics and post later if anyone interested.

Yes, post them up.
Thanks.
I've never owned anything but a MoPar. Can you say that?

maybe this will help

As the link notes, the year digit doesn't tell you what decade the tire was produced in. Could be '68, '78, '88, etc.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Goodyears back then used the first digits for date, not the last.   :Twocents:
