Quote from: garner7555 on February 07, 2018, 08:01:57 AMI'm not sure it matters, but I will point out that you listed the tank depth as 6-9/16". Half of 6-9/16" is 3-9/32". Your drawing shows it as 3-7/16". As I said, I doubt this matters a lot because that is probably close enough. Not trying to be a jerk and look for mistakes, Just wanted to point that out in case it was an issue. Good work
Quote from: Draco on February 07, 2018, 08:36:27 AM Nice work and info, I am just about to place a order for tank and pump and this helps a lot. Question is where did you wire the pump power supply?
Quote from: 303 Mopar on February 11, 2018, 10:53:09 AMWhere did you mount your main and return lines?
Quote from: Slider on March 04, 2018, 01:10:59 PMWas this an EFI specific tank you installed? I modified a standard tank with no baffles to accept the in tank pump. No issues until I plant the throttle pedal, then the pump sucks air if there is less than 3/4 of a tank of fuel. The EFI system coughs due to low fuel pressure. If this is an EFI tank any chance you can get a pic of the internal baffles they used?https://www.instagram.com/p/BfrcCHBBRru/?taken-by=pulverizerv
Quote from: Slider on March 17, 2018, 09:31:47 PMThanks for the pics ! Didn't think it would be such a simple system of baffles. I have seen much more complicated systems on some tanks. One way doors, multiple baffle walls... etc. Wonder if this would solve my fuel starvation issue?
Quote from: HeavyFuel on November 17, 2018, 12:05:26 PMI'm picturing my stock block with the opening for the stock fuel pump to access the camshaft.Maybe I missed it....what did you use to cover that pump opening no longer in use? Simple plate of some kind, with gasket?
Quote from: garner7555 on March 22, 2019, 12:04:17 PMWhat is everyone doing about the vent for the Tanks inc. setup. The vent needs to be higher than the fill cap, but this would put the vent inside the pillar and that is a hazzard for potential gas fumes inside the car. Please explain what you guys have done on your vents. Thanks, Clark.
Quote from: Hemidog on April 03, 2019, 02:06:19 AMI plugged both vent holes on the tank, still using the original vent on the filler tube (going down to the frame)

I never even thought of that........ I thought of connecting to it. Your way is simple and effective. With the same rollover protection as they came with .... none!I'm gonna try that.
