Who's had their car the longest?

From the 1968 50th Anniversary post here earlier, it's pretty clear some of us have had our cars for a significant stretch of time now. 29-years is the longest I heard of so-far, can anybody beat that one (mine is 22-years in April)?  Another question: is your car older or younger than you are (I'm 10-years older than mine)?

First car bought in 1982, last year in high school and still sits in the garage.  My other Mopar bought in 1997 so 21 years on that one.  No plans to part with either anytime soon . . .

Tomorrow is promised to NOBODY . . . .

Charger_Fan

My first vehicle (a '66 F100 truck) I bought in 1980, still have it.
I brought my Charger home October 1986, so in a few months it will be 32 years. I am older than both of them, I'm a '64 model. ;D

This is the morning after I bought the Charger, the Pinto was mine too.

This is June 1991.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Last time I posted to one of these it was 30 years ago.  Now I have owned it for 35 years and in my family for 48 yrs.

Pic with strips to protect doors still on doors and a pic of me in the valliant we traded in for the charger.  Didn't realize how much I looked like a bobble head.
Who in their right mind would say

"The science should not stand in the way of this."?

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us.

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....
