Yeah I agree, I saw this early this morning and  the custom 69 "STYLE" seats are cool, they look comfy, and still look like they belong.
Is the car currently in England?

alfaitalia

Yes....been here quite a while. JayKay is British of course. Poor thing always seems to be up for sale somewhere. Was not sold by its previous UK owner that long ago!!

Bad B-rad

I know this is a bit off topic, but is JayKay, a big star over there?
I saw this car for sale on a website, and they said it was owned by two HUGE world famous celebrities.
That Demi More bought it for Bruce Willis and then JayKay brought it to the UK and dropped $37,000 USD into it.
I just didn't know JayKAy was that big of a star, then I got to thinking I could see him being a bigger star over there, then in the USA.

.... who the hell is jay kay?

Jay KAy is a recoring artist, producer.
I think, state side he only had one big hit, back in late 90's early 2000's.
But I am not "Down" with what all the "HIP" kids are into these days, so I may be off, thats why I was wondering if he was more famous in Europe?

alfaitalia

Really? I thought Jamiroquai where pretty famous World wide. Had loads of hits...sold millions of albums. Sort of pop music with a distinct jazz twist to it. I have a couple of his albums even though I'm not a huge fan of jazz...it's easy to listen to. They are still around...not making so much music these days.  Jay Kay is one of us...a real petrol head.....loves his cars and spends serious cash on them.

This is the band.

...and thus is a little on Jay Kay's cars...

I know who he is and who the band is, but honestly, I don't think they are all that popular in the old USA.
I maybe wrong, but I would bet most people here have no idea who he is.

Thanks for link on his cars.

I like the front seat bolsters.

They could be Legendary's Rally seat package, maybe.
Mopar forever!

It seems as though they are trying to capitalize on the has-beens that have owned the car, but in reality, it's just an average car that is somewhat resto-modded.

The engine compartment is really kind of crappy.....

Bad B-rad

I thought the same thing!!!!
The engine bay looked like crap, but I figured, that was just my opinion, and it was subjective.

I like the wheel tire combination on that car. It's Cragers of course  :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: with one tire looking like a P255/55R17, anyone know the other tire (front) size?

Also looks like someones a$$ dented the fender above the driver front tire.

I wouldn't pay more for a car because a celebrity owned it, but putting that aside, I think it's a good opportunity for someone overseas to buy and avoid the extra costs of importing one.

I'm pretty sure that's just a reflection...there is a similar shape on the rear fender and the front right side photo.
