Well it's time to get the headlights to pop up any suggestions we need ideas and pics Thanks

Fit the headlight buckets, pivot brackets and headlight doors before you worry about how to actuate them, the pivot brackets need to be adjustable in the buckets to make the doors fit flush to the surface of the nosecone when closed, and not smack the top of the nosecone behind the headlight when opened.

You guys have one hell of a lot of work to do on those headlight door openings before you can do any of this...

A Ted Janak or Dayclona nosecone would have been a much better choice than what you bought.

Shop time is money.

You would have been much farther ahead if you had spent a little more for a quality nosecone, rather than try to "fix" that one... :Twocents:
