Good Day All,

The "map pocket" in the passenger and driver doors inside..if that is the real term for it...some cars I see have a little metal rectangle emblem in the top corners of the pocket on both sides.  Some dont.  I was told by a "charger restorer" that this is one of the few parts that is not reproduced, and that all the cars had them on the original interior.

I see some cars that are touted as original interior, and I believe to be true, but the emblems are not there. Is this just a myth, do they fall off and get lost, etc.

Hopefully someone can clear this up for me.

Thanks

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

Year one used to sell them:

"Part Number: VC187. Price: $16.32. This square button-like piece attaches to the corners of the map pockets. It has the correct beveled edges with brushed finish and mounting spike."

I can't find them anymore though.

That seems to be "each". Guess I should have bought them when they weren't crazy priced!

Cheaper in their online store (even with the overpriced shipping):

There is a 30% off code for Labor Day but my email isn't loading right now so I can't get it for you.
