TB3 is called many things. Mostly Petty Blue. It's listed as B3 on those charts, Ditsyler # 2423.  I just picked some up for touch up on my 72 Charger. I stuck with the Dupont/Nason which is on my car. The Dupont paint code is 5351IB. Maybe they can cross reference it for you.

In my old PPG Production Color Book. For 70 and down. It's called Light Blue Poly. Number 2018. For 71 and up its called Blue Streak and that number is 2423. This is for the Dodge. It gives diferant names for Plymouth but the same numbers.
