I asked him for a more legible picture of the fender tag several days ago, no response.

That bird sat in my barn about 10 years ago prior to restoration.  It is numbers matching...but was a total rust bucket.  Was a Michigan car all its life up until it was sold.  Was restored and went  to a mecum auction I believe around 2013 where the present owner bought it for 132 k.  If he was offered 175 k he should take the $$$ and run.  He will own it forever with a 295 k price tag.

Not bad for a "rust bucket", appears pretty well done, except for that Stevie Wonder/Ray Charles applied trunk weatherstripping... asking that kind of money and can't correct the trunk weatherstrip, and for that kind of money it should have the "correct" spare tire
