My 68 has been apart  since before dirt and rebuilding is under way. Now I got a set of new AMD valance corners which have a tail on the bottom of them. Does the tail weld between the trunk floor extension and the quarter or does it weld to the bottom of the quarter ?  thanks..

I'm pretty sure they weld to the bottom of the quarter.  I found a reference pic somewhere  I'll see what I can find.

So based on your pic the tail should go between the trunk extension and quarter panel.
I guess that makes scene in the fact that water would would not get trapped

Hey Brian, ya same here. When I had it mocked up it looked like it would go between the quarter and the ext. and i doubt anyone would want to check.
