BLK 68 R/T

Well it appears to be from an R/T car so that narrows it down to a 440 or Hemi. I can't quite make out the 4th letter if its a J or an L that's been messed with? Also the 9 in XS29 is very faint.

Plant code is also not readable, so it could be from a Charger from Hamtramck or St. Louis.

What are you trying to identify? Whether it's an 18-spline or what or originally came from?

Looks like the date code is late September 1968 so a 1969 model year car.

Troy
Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

The 9 in the VIN does indicate 1969 for the 1969 model year.

The 1969 model year started on August first, 1968.
