i have to track down a bottle of this to stash away along with the keepsakes from the meet later this year.

for those not taking part in the meet itself, win a free trip to the race or perhaps to gatlinburg, compliments of the distillery.
looks like airfare, hotel, and spending cash are all included.

I'm in! I just bought my tickets. I'll be bringing my 1970 Superbird "Day 2" survivor with 76k original miles (might be more by October). I look forward to meeting other aero car owners!

SWEET! Looking forward to seeing the black 'bird in person!  :yesnod:

I'm sure I'll have the only F3 500 there. Driving out with a T7 500. Would be happy to help with the photos.

5hunert

I'll probably have the only faded Dayglow Orange and brown primer C500 there.  You probably don't want it in the picture.

Duane Black

Not so hasty... the original and unrestored look is a thing people like now

alfaitalia

LOL....what part of original and unrestored" covers dayglow paint and primer panels!!!?
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you !!

If you are parking with the group in the 1969 Grand National garage area,  those tix are being handled through the Wellborn museum.   If you received the invitation email, there was a link to order the race tickets.

I talked to Steve at the museum and all tickets will be handed out, for everything, upon driving into Wellborn house on the Friday....

I received an e-mail dated June 28th from the Welborn Museum that my order was being shipped.
The attached invoice to that e-mail was for event tickets.
So far nothing has arrived here.

My email exchange with Steve. I figured they'd send everything out to save the "line up".. but apparently not, or maybe he doesn't want to mail to Canucks!  :yesnod: Also curious how Wednesday night/ Thursday's gonna work in Georgia?

QuoteWayne,

We will give them to you here at check in on Friday at the Wellborn house.

Another question for those that have been there... do we have to have helmets for laps at Atlanta Motor Speedway in Thursday???  :shruggy:

No Helmets, just have to "behave" on the track.  Its going to be interesting this time because it sounds like we will have twice the cars, might be better to do two run groups.
