I have one, but I don't think anyone is into them anymore.  That engine lost in the (Beach Boys song to a 409).  :brickwall:

You might want to try these guys:

The 413 was used in Imperials from 1959 to 1965.   :Twocents:

ACUDANUT

I will try them. I know nobody here wants one.

Lot of the older medium size Dodge Trucks used them.  :Twocents:
I've never owned anything but a MoPar. Can you say that?

Max wedge engines were produced in 413 and 426 displacements :yesnod: .

sccachallenger

Many (most?) early '70s class A motorhomes came with 413s.
I believe the parts books called it a 413-3.
Not sure when it was finally replaced by the 440.

hemi-hampton

Didn't these come in 3 different horse power ratings? LEON.

Rolling_Thunder

I have nothing against the 413 - but the biggest thing is for the same cost you can build a 440 -- the other issue from what little research i did was finding decent off the shelf pistons for it
1968 Dodge Charger - 6.1L Hemi / 6-speed / 3.55 Sure Grip

2013 Dodge Challenger R/T - 5.7L Hemi / 6-speed / 3.73 Limited Slip

1964 Dodge Polara 500 - 440 / 4-speed / 3.91 Sure Grip

1973 Dodge Challenger Rallye - 340 / A-518 / 3.23 Sure Grip

ACUDANUT

It was just a bare block with crank.  It is GONE now, thanks.

The 400 is gone too. I am avoiding that 400 thread. I have asked the moderators to lock it..Too much drama for me.
I am trying to be low keyed, remain positive and avoid some members there.
Hope your safe Nacho. !! Cheers

That's my thought on this block as well. I would hate to scrap it if someone can use the darn thing.

Nacho-RT74

if just pistons for them were easy, these blocks were more loved... same about 273s

The block needs no boring.  If someone wants a original 413, then it's a great find. :Twocents:

Kern Dog

Oh, I agree. I am just being annoying.
For someone that needs an engine similar to what their car came with, there is no other choice.
I did not intend to be mean, I was just poking fun, both here and in the 400 BB thread.
