I have all the original tires on my SuperBird including the spare(which still has the red, yellow, blue stripes on the tread.  That being said...How do you date code tires?  Thanks :shruggy:  I have been asked about the tire date and I cannot give an valid answer.

I've never owned anything but a MoPar. Can you say that?

Post the codes.

where are the codes located?

They are located on the sidewall of the tire, see link below.

lol, I gave Doug that info in the early 90s.

I got the info from the tire engineer at work.  I used the top chart to find OEM Goodyear redlines for XX29L9B383272.
That's also when I discovered that OEM MoPar redlines have a thicker center tread area that the ones you'd get in stores, or on other brands, like GM.   Found out that 1/2 the tires I had were wrong!!!

So I would guess that no one is correctly reproducing a Mopar style redline.

Not that I know of.  Only way to do it OEM correct is search, search, search.

Some stuff is like that, like correct Daytona hoods, for example.
Simply modifying the forward part of a 70 Charger hood won't get it done.

Settling for incorrect lanyards is another thing.   :icon_smile_big:
