Fitting the right quarter and figured I had better make sure the rear window moldings fit and the corner to the deck lid filler panel doesn't. Now I can do surgery and make it fit but has anyone else had that problem ?

Probably everyone.  The aftermarket is not perfect.  Check your gaps carefully, especially w the moldings.
Mopar forever!

Yep. I had to split the 1/4 parallel to the window channel, fit everything & weld it back together.
