DC Solar Federal seizure car.      This Bird like the others in the sale were bought at auctions, like candy bars.   A Google search of the VIN will show the prior history.

I saw this car at B-J in 2017. It is in terrible shape. The quarter panel replacements are really crooked and the engine compartment is a mess. That guy must have been super drunk that night to pay that kind of money for it. You often wonder who bought these cars, paid such ridiculous money for them, and what is their background. Now I know for this one at least.
