I have a pair of 70 seat rails and I'm trying to remove the broken studs that mount the rails to the floor.   Do they just press or hammer out?   It looks like a thin clip or specialty nut on the floor side that will keep the stud from backing out.  Not sure if it can be seen from the pic.

70 sublime

The square shoulder on the stud is squashed over a bit when they were pressed in to keep them tight
Just take a pair of pliers and try to loosen it up by prying it back and forth then left and right
Then give it a wack with a hammer
Just be careful you do not bend the track to much if it does not come out with the first wack
You might have to support the edge of the track a little if it is not co operating
