4 speed question ID

I picked up another 4 speed for my car
The first one I bought was first one I had ever had a chance to get but not knowing it had the shorter tail section and not right
Live and learn

Well another question
This one does not have the small VIN pad on the right hand side so does that make this an older than 1967 transmission ?

In the picture the linkage is kind of all messed up
The little tabs on 1/2 and R are both upside down

I did put the shifter into 4 and turn the input shaft and the out put was 1 to 1
Also tried 3rd gear and I had to turn the input more than one turn to make the output one turn so this is not another OD with the linkage backwards 

But 1/2 linkage is backwards and so is R
