1968 Dodge Charger
The attaches picture shows what I call the "Steering Column Dash Closure"
I was about to install it but couldn't find what bolt or screws would fit.
I didn't want to force anything but nothing seemed to start.
I hope you had better luck.
Thank You
John

I guess it should get oval selftaping screws with phillips head, and dash frame should get J or C or U nuts ( I allways get confused about which one is each one )

Venezuelan RT 74 400 4bbl, 727, 8.75 3.23 open. Now stroked with 440 crank and 3.55 SG. Here is the History and how is actually: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,7603.0/all.html

Thank you.  I didn't think about the U type nuts.
I don't remember taking any off when I stripped the dash assembly.
But, I also don't remember if I has Breakfast.

I got under there and the shape of the metal frame won't allow the use of U-Nuts.
So, It is a sheet metal screw or a Nut and Bolt.

Maybe that. Long time since I worked down a 74 Dart ( which uses the same kind cover ). The selftapping screw on pic actually works for sheetmetal when hole is already done.

the cluster of my 74 Charger gets U nuts on dash frame thought
