Just wondering.  My wife froze two plastic ocean spray juice bottles and we have each been spending the past 1/2 hour trying to get the frozen slushy mixture out with a fork?

Mostly Frustrating, but satisfying when I get a bite.

It is helping to pass the time.

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us.

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

Built a dining room chair when I had a week of unemployment. Now just back to normal household stuff and hanging with kids and wife.  Actually have time to talk and play games lately.

Hours and hours on my restoration.  Wait.  That's what I would be doing anyway!

I did a ton of tree and brush clearing and built a 8x16 greenhouse. Knocked off all episodes of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. Now I'm spending 8-10 hours a day in the shop working on cars and then watch a movie every night.

I'm really missing going to the race track, but I'm staying busy enough to not think about it too much.

Rediscovered my vinyl collection. Catching up on DVR shows like Hogan's Heroes!
Catching up on reading my pile of vintage Nascar newsletters.

Restored a set of "Ohm" brand speakers from the late 70s (remember those??)
Have a few more to do but need to find some original Ohm woofers.

Fired up the lawn mower and cut the half acre today.
Have some downed trees to cut up.
Got my 3 mile walk in today.  (3 miles a day keeps the cancer away)

I've never owned anything but a MoPar. Can you say that?

We have a few big clear garbage bags of pop cans I have been saving up to try and take in for scrap metal
Got really bored the other day and have started squashing the cans to take up less room
Just a chunk of 2x4 and hang on to each end and wack down on the can
I am up to 12 pounds and last time I checked cans were $0.25 per pound
I am going to be rich  :brickwall:
Yes I was that bored

Still crappy weather every other day it almost snows so still not much driving at the moment

Been working on the kitchen. Got the cabinets hanging, then went away for a month for work. Now I'm back and I'm working in the house then going to work in the afternoon. It's been a slow slog, have been taking one step forward, two step back. Hopefully it'll be done by September or she'll kill me.

Been spending all of my time putting my Chevelle back together so I can sell it to buy a charger eventually.... if the economy ever comes back. Definitely not a seller's market right now. I may end up keeping it longer than I planned but that's fine with me.
