Back when Bird's and Tona's were just another 'oddball car'!
How quickly the market forgot about 'factory homologated' supercars?
200mph capabilities but no GAS to run them...

Soon to be happening again once the ECO Warriors 'get their way'...
It will be a bit like COAL, plenty of it about, but 'not allowed to use it'...

But I seem to remember that GAS wasn't the problem, 'it was insurance'?
Cost the same price to insure a Muscle car as it was to 'BUY ONE'..?

Once GAS goes up to TEN BUCKS a gallon, only the well-offs, will want to run one...
