Installing a new tank in our 71 RR, I know it's not a Charger, but we have a 70 RT too!
To simplify the system, (this on a 99% street 620 HP big block)
can we block the 4 nipples coming from the tank that was part of the emission set-up?

WE are using an electric pump sucking from a 3/8" sending unit with a 1/4 " return nipple
we are not using either.

Does this now require a different filler cap (vented or not). EDIT: In rethinking, a vented cap would be required

Any other considerations we should be aware of?

Thanks, Joe

Sounds like you got it - the tank has to be vented in some way.  The original setup had the 4 nipples going to a diagonal tent tube in the trunk then vented out to the engine or frame rail, not sure which.  If that's all capped off, you'll need a vented gas cap.   :2thumbs:
Mopar forever!
