6 way seat

There seems to be a lot of play on all the pivots, is this correct, if not how do you fix the problem.

My 6 way seat  also has a bit more play then I would think it should.
But once I had it bolted in place, to seat and floor it was not be as noticeable.
Now maybe yours has more play then mine, IDK.

Typically minimal play if not worn out and broken. You have to look at each "articulation" and replace if necessary. I also suggest cleaning up the factory welds for a stronger connection of assembled parts. A worn/broken 6 way sucks, especially when you bang second gear and 6 way seat track slips off the adjusting cogs...actually very dangerous. It will tighten up more when assembled, however, check it over very good.
