66 charger.  Have headlights only.  No parking lights no tail lights no brake lights no dash lights.  Brights work.  Where to start?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.  JZ

Did they work and then quit or is this after a restoration?

Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it? And a wiring diagram?  I would start by seeing if there is power to the switch and the switch is working the way it should.  Then I would move down the line.  It is a pain, but being systematic will ensure you get it.  You can also make educated guesses and if fortunate, cut out some intermediate checks.
Who in their right mind would say

"The science should not stand in the way of this."?

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us.

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....
