I am almost ready to install the front valance.
The road block is installing the parking lights.
I can't find the original hardware but looking at the interface.
If I line-up the 2 screws, the 3rd attach hole doesn't come close to lining up to the hole in the tab on the valance.

Is there something I am missing here?
Pictures attached.
Thank You,
John

Did you try the light in the other side to see if it fits ?

Left and right lights ?

Yes, I tried both sides.
They actually are identified, L and R.
But, I tried both sides anyway.
It appears that the length from the 2 screws to the single hole doesn't match between the light and the valance.
I thought that maybe there was some type of clip used, at the single hole, that extended the distance, or improved the attachment.
I am flipping through the service manual but haven't found anything yet.
Thankyou,
John

Curious as to what you were doing wrong?   Were they on the wrong sides?

considering what i did during my mock up, my money is on wrong side, even with them marked L/R, with the valence upside down..... didn't notice at first (same here)

The bracket on the light where the screw goes through.
I had it on the wrong side of the tab on the valance.
