Where can I find a free photo program to download for my computer???
Is there such a place?
My new Dell with XP came with several "trial" programs and they have all expired and I want to show off my Dukes of Hazzard 8 Track that I scored at the swap meet......

You could try The GIMP for Windows. I use this Open Source program all the time (not on Windows though), and while it has its interface quirks, I have come to like it quite a bit.

This should provide all the functionality you are likely to need I think
