I have a door window regulator stamped 1-30-8-2999680 for my 69 Charger with power windows.

Anyone know if it's the left or right door regulator?

The 3 threaded mounting points where the regulator attaches to the door do not have corresponding holes in the door to put the bolts through. There are however 3 dimpled areas on the door that look if they were drilled out would line up.

Are the mounting points for PW regulators different than the manual regulators?

Mike, yes they are........ Let me see if I can find my pictures of my interior doors for my 69 Charger 500 with pw.....  But, the regulators can go in only one way..... The left is the left and right is it the right.... I'll go out to the car after I log off from work here......

Typically MoPar Part numbers ending in even # are RH....and odd # LH. So, 680 is likely RH.

Here is a shot of my door yesterday when I reinstalled the glass.. The regulators can only go in one way, there is a "left" and "right".

You can see the forward attach bolt is at the same level as the top bolt of the rear pair.
