That's cool. I'm from Pueblo, Colorado. About two hours south from Denver.

Here are a few shots of the progress in the engine bay:

Progress!
When my son redid my firewall, I was the "copper holder" on the opposite side of the holes while he filled gaps.

Kevin is a one-man shop so I was wondering how he did that part of the welding haha.

Are you just using a normal heater box instead of the a/c heater box ?

Not sure if the heater core water pipes are in the same spot from one to the other
Was just wondering why some of the holes were left not filled in

Yes Sublime I am switching from AC to just heater. There's one more hole to the left of that one that he needs to drill back out. I think there will be a few stragglers down low that I'll need to plug but for the most part all the AC holes hot patched.

We're gonna blast the engine bay and cowl. Here she is getting the k-frame pulled. Anyone have any good links for a k-frame resto? Seems fairly simple but I like to see what other people are doing.

Just curious. Why wouldn't you remove the parking brake cable?

Just Curious, Why would you remove it :scratchchin:

We are trying to save money where we can. I figured it wouldn't matter a whole lot. It's going to be a driver so stuff like that isn't as much of a concern as the top side.
