Nice! Those parts are getting hard to find!

6PakBee

I've been buying parts for a Daytona clone for over 10 years.  So far I have:

1) a 1969 Charger
2) one of Dane's aluminum wings
3) the entire front end from Dayclona
4) the trunk closure piece in steel, can't remember who I got that from
5) a set of '70 Charger front fenders and hood

Just trying to keep going until I have ALL the material then I'm going to start.  I'd read that the supply of Vega hatchbacks was starting to dry up (gee, a 40 year old car, who woulda thunk) so I thought I'd better jump now while I had the chance.

I was just excited to get them I just thought I'd share!

Nice one 6pakBEE!

We must have been kindred spirits along the way lol.
I too had a 69 sixpack Bee back in the 80's.

Then before I bought my C500 I was going to do a Daycloner too...

So me and a few limey mates flew over in 2003 to find a Vega hatch.

That was 18 years ago and we only found one in Cali and the metal was way too rusted to save...

So you have done rather well my kindred friend!

A well designed car in 1970!!!
