This guy has a lot of Vega parts on ebay and several Vegas (Dozens?) in his junk yard.

That appears to be located in the same town as the Atkins clan. One of them could perhaps be bribed to inspect it for a potential buyer.

I was watching a You tube video by some random guy that tours junk yards.

Walking around this guy's place he pointed out all the Vegas this guy has -including several Cosworth Vegas- and mentioned the owner's Ebay name...

That's all I know about the place.  ;)
