'69 318 - Exhaust Manifold Polish Worth It?

I've decided to dump my headers and go back to my factory exhaust manifolds.   I want to polish them and have them ceramic coated.  

Anyone know of any Dallas-area vendors for this kind of service?

And is it even worth the bother to polish the factory exhaust on a mildly cam'ed 318?

Factory 318 manifolds?  If you want manifolds, at least get some 340 or 360 manifolds.  I say you'll get nothing by polishing them.  On motors that are really pumping a lot of fuel through them, ceramic coating headers can cut underhood temps in half.  I don't know what effect it has on manifolds.
