73’ front seat mount bolts

Recently removed the front seats from the 73' and a few of the bolts on the seat "rail" snapped torque rust. What are these called and are they replaceable without having to replace entire seat mount bracket?

You can just drive out the broken STUDS and use regular bolts
The studs are nice to get the seat to line up to the holes in the floor but bolts will do the job
Looks like all the studs are not broken so even if you have one or two studs that will make it even easier to get it lined up

Carriage bolts, or you can get the correct ones from Megaparts or Partsmix...

Or I believe they also call the elevator bolts. They have a very flat top and fit in there perfectly. You can find them at Home Depot or Lowes.
I see in searching, Napa has them too.
