Since when eBay sales are being charged with taxes? I know buying from a shop on same state than the shipping address it will get Tax fee charge... but a private/personal sale? From a diff state?

Yep, if your state or country requires internet sales tax, you must pay the sales tax.

But as mentioned, I NEVER had to pay any tax between personal sales on eBay. Not even with seller and shipping addres on same state. I had to however, when seller is a shop on the same state I was shipping. I.E.: Shops/dealers ( not persons ) in Florida where it is also my forward courier service warehouse to Venezuela. But If I was buying to a shop in PA ( like Kramer Auto ), I never had to pay any Tax shipping to FL. Even less on personal sales, such as used parts.

The SCOTUS made a decision that allows states to collect tax from internet sales. It's only been a year or so that sellers are required to charge tax based on the buyer's location.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
