1970 Superbird Registry

Ok, here is the most predictable registry yet!  I've scoured the forums here and have gone through the low-hanging fruit so far, about 160 cars with pics as a start.  The goal here is the same as the other registries I've started - document the cars, not the owners - as an open document.

Many thanks to Brennan Cook who helped get this rolling and he is also a moderator for the document.  You'll see some of his notes next to VINs that are unresolved.  Please be sure to check out his website's Superbird pages, lots of info there that he has compiled.

If you have pics such as an overall shot, VIN and fender tags, engine, interior, trunk, and possibly 'back in the day' type pics I'd love to link them in the registry.  Send to:

1970plymouthsuperbirdregistry@gmail.com

(Please reference the VIN in the email and if you have multiple cars please send each as a separate email, TY!)

Right now the Google Sheet is open to commenting.  Right click on a cell and add a comment.  Sort any column by right clicking at the top of it.

The Rules:

1.  No sharing of owner information - no names, phone numbers, or addresses more specific than a state.  This includes previous owners.  This is about documenting Superbirds, not the owner.

2.  Information posted should be of the publicly available sort.  It should be info acquired by internet searches, viewing at car shows, car ads, forum postings by owners, etc.

3.  Only add info known to be correct (no hearsay or 'I guy I know told me...' stuff, try to have photo resources, research, or first-hand knowledge of what is being posted).

Sent emails to your gmail address with pictures and info on several birds.

Have many pictures of superbird fender tags from car shows back in the 1980's and 90's. However, that will take awhile to dig out info.

Homerr

Many thanks to Jim B. for all the help!   :2thumbs:

As you may have noticed I've not had time to maintain the registries.  I have made partner in the business I'm at and am now buying the business, hence the lack of attention here.

I know google has broken links over time and several of you have messaged about cars, but the registry should be considered not maintained after June 2022.  The site will stay up as-is but I am also providing a link below to all the content currently there including the pictures and spreadsheet in hopes that someone else can take it to the next level.

When I attend the 1999 reunion someone sent me a copy of a window sticker they thought was mine.  My car is ROA181256, the window sticker is for car ROA181258.  Both B5 hemi, 4 speed cars.  To my knowledge the 258 car has never surfaced.  This might help with info for the registry.  TY, SBBob
