OK thanks for all the patience. Had to go to work etc and didn't have time to fiddle with the phone and compressing pics etc. Thanks for everyone's humor and ribbing. Anyway I hope I got the pics figured out and compressed. SO, I have two plastic panels from a 1970 charger I'm reassembling and I labeled everything but these. Does anyone recognize them and where they go. Ive been scratching my head in the garage for a couple of days now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

not all second generations got them think it was a hit & miss type deal on the assembly line , sonething the guys assembling the car could leave out to save time , seen cars with only driver side or passenger side , or none at all , mine never had any & had never previously been appart , cant remember now if i made a pair or not , was soo long ago , the clips that hold them on are same as the antenna cable to dash frame clips

Thanks BirdsandBees, They went right where you said and pictures. It looks like the one with the big ear or pad goes to the left side and the smaller one goes to the right. You could even see the small scratches in the body where the clips were at originally. Well one more piece done. I feel like Johnny Cash....one piece at a time.

Apologies for derailing, but I am confused by the picture Birdsandbees posted. The back window on my car rolls down. That one looks like it has the clip and pops out. Am I seeing something wrong when I look at that picture?

Who in their right mind would say
"The science should not stand in the way of this."?
Science is just observation and hypothesis. Policy stands in the way.........
Or maybe it protects us.
I suppose it depends on the specific case.....
