Fender Tag Question

Recently, I saw a Fender Tag 'stenciling" of a 1969 Charger R/T SE that had "V8X" which I think indicates a Black Transverse Stripe ? on a X9 Black Body ?
Tag has X9 X9 CRX X9 or a triple Black Car.... and has aforementioned V8X Black Transverse Stripe ?

Was it even possible to get a Triple Black Car with a Black Transverse Stripe ?

"G" St Louis Assembly Car which I hear did things a little differently so I thought I'd ask here ?

St. Louis was the "G" in 1970 cars, maybe the same for other years?
Where have you been, man ? I haven't seen your screen name pop up on the forums in quite awhile!

think while it could have been technically ordered & nothing that said as far as i know you could not , dont think any one ever did,
but im far from an expert i await to be corrected on anything   :popcrn:  :yesnod:

does the rest of the tag look genuine & OEM stamping ?

Thx for the responses fella's.
Lost my wife Nancy in 2020 after 46 years married, but Life goes on.... Sold the old place, and built a built new House & Shop to keep busy, just getting back working again, never realised how much I missed working in the Shop.

So sorry to hear of your wife's passing. I'm with you in the shop. Puttering away just helps put things in a better perspective.
You know you are vintage when someone says, "Back in the day", and you can dispute their facts.
